Neil Moran of CGS Vinyl in Pelham, Alabama, won the paint-protection-film competition at the 2024 Window Film Conference and Tint-Off in Orlando, according to PPFMag’s August 14, 2025 retrospective.
The publication identified Nick Abaro of Genesis Autoworks in Elk Grove, California, as runner-up.
The retrospective provides a record of that specific competition. It also places Moran among the event’s past PPF winners, rather than claiming that a single result ranks every installer or measures all work performed by a winner’s business.
PPFMag is published by Key Media & Research, the group behind Window Film magazine. This brief attributes the results to that event-related publishing source; it does not claim TintNews attended or independently scored the contest. The August 2025 article date is kept separate from the 2024 competition.
